Chromebook Printing Guide

If you can no longer print to the copiers from your Chromebook, follow these simple steps and you will be printing again in no time.

Step 1

Check for the uniFLOW Online extension in Chrome. To do this, just click the little puzzle piece in the upper-right section of the Chrome browser. You may have to scroll the list down to find the extension.

If you see the uniFLOW Online extension, proceed to step 2.

If you DO NOT see the uniFLOW Online extension, expand the box below and follow the instructions.

Step 2

Click on the uniFLOW Online extension.

A box will pop up saying "Enter your tenant URL."

This may automatically be filled. If it is not, type in "rockcastle.us.uniflowonline.com" and then click "Sign in."

Step 3

The box will now move to a login screen.

Click the gray button that says "Google."

Do not click "continue," even if your email is already filled in the box.

Step 4

You will now be on a Google login page.

Click on your account.

Step 5

If all actions were performed correctly, you will be greeted with a success page that says "All done!"

Step 6

When you click print, you will need to change the destination. Click the dropdown menu and select "See more..."

Step 7

Choose "Copiers." Now when you hit the print button, your job will be sent to the copiers.
